Refund policy

We normally do not issue refunds, for the reason that no way to return a digital product. If you are experiencing any difficulty with our theme, we will be more than happy to offer support and resolve the situation.

We will generally only offer refunds where the item you purchased is broken, malfunctioning or corrupt, or doesn’t work as described. Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team’s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 7 days. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 7 days from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. Please be advised that temporary access to your server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our Products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.

Subscriptions and automatic renewals

All our premium plans are sold as automatically recurring subscriptions that renew each year on the anniversary of the purchase date.
This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.
Please note the following of the license subscriptions:

  • Subscription renewals are automatically processed annually on the anniversary of your original purchase. The license renewal will continue and remain valid for each one (1) year unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page on this website or by contacting us.
  • If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for the theme/s when your license expires.
  • The renewal price will be the full price as published at the time of initial purchase, exclusive of any discounts.
  • We do not grant refunds on renewal payments.
  • If you choose to cancel your subscription your license will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase, and you will no longer receive updates and support for the plan you have purchased.

It’s important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between an item that is broken and a situation where you are receiving an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result the item is not working.
